At ORii Art Space, we currently ship exclusively within Australia.
Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 4–6 business days.
- Special Orders & Out-of-Stock Items: For custom creations or items currently out of stock, we will contact you via email to provide an estimated production timeline and shipping date.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $180 AUD: Enjoy FREE standard shipping across Australia.
Orders under $180 AUD: We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Rates are calculated based on the quantity of items in your order.
Insurance & Special Requests
Your peace of mind is important to us. If you wish to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact us at welcome@oriiartspace.com.au immediately after your purchase. We will provide you with a quote for the additional cost and instructions on how to complete the payment.
Important Notes
- Delivery Only: To maintain the efficiency of our studio, we do not provide local pick-up or collection services. All orders are delivered directly to your nominated address.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
